Red chili powder –1.5 tsp

Roasted cumin powder – 1.5 tsp

Cheese (any)-1 tbsp


1. In a large bowl and mix together mashed paneer and boiled potato, grated cheese (any),
few sprigs of chopped coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder, and roasted cumin powder.
Mix them well.

2. Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape them into small balls and refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes to set the balls.

3. Heat the oil in kadhai/wok for frying the cheese balls.

4. When the oil is hot enough to fry, add the cheese into the oil and fry them till they get golden brown from all the sides.

5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Spaghetti-1.5 packet

Soy sauce-4 tap


White vinegar-4 tsp

Garlic-3 doves

Tomato sauce-2 tsp

Tomato-2 Salt to taste

Chili flakes or oregano-1 tsp

Olive oil-3 tbsps


1. First of all peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Cut the tomatoes and finely chop them
into pieces. Cut all the other vegetables into pieces.

2. In a kadhai/wok heat the oil on high flame and add onions and garlic and cook them
until they get soft and lightly brown.

3. Add the chopped tomatoes in the pan and let it cooks for a while and then adds other Vegetables
and let them cook on low heat for a while till the oil separates out.

4. After that add salt, pepper, tomato sauce, and red chili powder and mix it with another veg-
enables. On slow heat cover the lid and let the vegetables cook.

5. In another pan add 3 quarters of water and pinch of salt and let it boil.

6. When it gets boiled add spaghetti and cook according to packet instructions, you want
to cook your pasta until it is ‘al dente’. This means ‘to the tooth’ and means that it should
be soft enough to eat, but still have a bit of a bite and firmness to it. Use the timings on the
packet instructions as a guide, but try some just before the time is up, to make sure it’s perfectly cooked.

7. Once the pasta is done, drain in a colander over the sink and put the spaghetti back into the pot.

8. Mix the spaghetti into the mixture in the kadhai/wok and add the vinegar, soy sauce, and tomato sauce and little bit of water to it
to cook.

9. Garnish it with coriander leaves and parmesan cheese both are optional. It’s healthy because of vegetables and your kids will not say no to it.
